Terms and Conditions:

This promotion is valid only for dates excluding the period from November 15, 2025 to February 1st, 2026. Please ensure that your travel dates fall outside the mentioned period to be eligible for this offer.

This promotion includes one round of golf, where you be playing with one of the staff of PlayaGolfProperties, which can be used by one person on one of the courses as long as it falls within the days covered by the promotion.

The Tee Time must be booked through us and should be scheduled in a way that it does not interfere with any property tours in real estate during your stay.
We will provide transportation from the hotel to the golf course and back, as well as all transportation for the real estate property visits in the Riviera Maya during your stay.
If you choose to cancel any property tours, this promotion will be automatically canceled and will no longer be valid.

The reimbursement of covered expenses under this promotion will be processed once the customer, which is you, has a formal purchase offer contract, and has deposit to the developer at least 50% of the value of the property you intend to purchase. The reimbursement will be made within 40 calendar days from the date this condition is met.

Any other matter not specified in these policies will be reviewed and decided upon by the legal team of PlayaGolfProperties. The final resolution will be communicated to the customer at the appropriate time.

You can receive a reimbursement of up to $400 USD for every $100,000 USD of the property's purchased value you choose.
You have a complete freedom to select your preferred accommodation, determine the length of your stay, and pick the services you'd like to enjoy. All we request is that you dedicate one full day (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) for property tours.
We also extend an invitation to play with us a free round on one of the golf courses, without affecting the properties tour day.
